Each a superstar in his own right Ty Dolla $ign and Tiësto have now combined talents in their new heavyweight collaboration, “The Business, Pt. II.”
For hardcore fans, the new single serves as a revision of Tiësto’s “The Business,” a dark thumper that has thus far accumulated 204,000,000+ streams since its September 2020 release. This current rendition includes an ultra-smooth feature from Ty Dolla $ign supported up by vocals from the original version, pitched up by several octaves this go round.
“There is nothing better than combining diverse sounds and genres to create something truly special and Ty’s smooth R&B vocals really takes this track to the next level,” the veteran Dutch deejay/producer said in a statement. “I have always been a huge fan of Ty’s work … he’s an exceptional talent and I am thrilled we got to collab on this.” In return, Ty noted that he’s “Always been a fan of Tiësto.”
The latest alliance is a formidable offering that stays within the musical scope of each artists’ sweet spot.
