Returning to social media, on Tuesday (1.24,) Meghan Trainor secretly welcomed her third baby via surrogate.
Taking to Instagram, the superstar singer/songwriter confirmed that on January 18, she and her husband, Daryl Sabara, became parents to a daughter, Mikey, writing:
“Our baby girl Mikey Moon Trainor has finally made it to the world thanks to our incredible, superwoman surrogate.” “We are forever grateful to all the doctors, nurses, (and) teams who made this dream possible.”
Captioning a slideshow of photos of their newborn, the now 32-year old added that she and her husband had “endless conversations” with doctors, and it was decided that surrogacy was the “safest way” for them to expand their family following the birth of sons Riley, four, and Barry, two.
Elsewhere in her online commentary, Trainor revealed that her little boys even had input on the infant’s name “We are over the moon in love with this precious girl. Riley and Barry have been so excited, they even got to choose her middle name. We are going to enjoy our family time now, love you all.”
Following the joyous news, the couple were inundated with messages from their celebrity friends, including Jimmy Fallon who penned “Congratulations!!!!! So happy for you, she has the best mom!,” Khloé Kardashian who said, “Congratulations beautiful family!,”: and Vanessa Hudgens who exclaimed “Cutie princess!!! So happy for you!!!”
