On Tuesday (4.22,) while performing a section of the concert solo during Just B‘s final stop world tour stop in Los Angeles, band member Bain addressed the crowd.
Pausing for a moment, the K-Pop band member told the audience “Before I start the next song, tonight I want to share something with you guys.” “I’m f**king proud to be part of the LGBT community.” “Shout-out to my queen Lady Gaga for showing me that being yourself is beautiful.” “To everyone out there who’s part of the LGBTQ+ or still figuring it out, this is for you guys. You’re seen, you’re loved, and you are born this way.”
As the crown cheered the singer on, the 24-year-old singer broke out into a remixed performance of Gaga’s former #1 Billboard charter, ‘Born This Way.’
In a final mention to the crowd, Bain said “LA, thank you so much. Today, it means a lot to me – I’m so happy that I can be myself,” as one of his bandmates followed up with “We are happy too.”
After kicking off their trek in Tokyo in March, Bain and his bandmates Geonu, Lim Jimin, Siwoo, DY and Sangwoo launched the US leg of Just B’s world tour in April.
