In support of her forthcoming movie, Joker: Folie à Deux, Lady Gaga has confirmed the release of a companion full length.
On Tuesday (9.24,) the now 38-year-old singer/songwriter/actress took to Instagram stating that the LP, titled Harlequin (named after her character in the upcoming Joker sequel) will be available later this week.
“Harlequin. September 27. A companion album to Joker: Folie à Deux,” she wrote.
In addition to the caption, the superstar (born Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta) shared the LP cover artwork of her wearing a lifejacket and standing fully clothed in a shower as the water washed away her clown make-up. And in a in a second photo, the the multi-hyphenate also revealed the album’s 13 song track list on the back of a milk carton, including ‘Oh When the Saints,’ ‘Get Happy,’ ‘World on a String’ and ‘That’s Life.’
Earlier this month the Grammy Award-winning musician teased the project with billboards reading “LG 6.5” and “LG Six.Five” in New York and Los Angeles, alongside cryptic messages such as “I’m ready for my interview” and “Still not October” on her Instagram feed.
