The first trailer for Miley Cyrus Presents Stand by You, the 28-year-old singer’s forthcoming Pride concert special, has just been released by the NBC-streaming service, Peacock.
In the sneak preview, Cyrus states “Tonight will be all about celebration. Everybody is welcome here.” Brothers Osborne, Mickey Guyton, Little Big Town, Maren Morris, and Orville Peck will be among the special guests and LGBTQ+ supporters who will join Miley in celebrating Pride 2021.
The first of three inked deals with NBCUniversal, Dolly Parton’s God daughter took to Instagram to announce the event: “Is it the Peacock or the egg that arrives first?! I have no idea…. But I do know that on June 25th, I’ll be at @PeacockTV for my #MileyPrideSpecial in my hometown of Nashville, TN to celebrate #Pride @theryman.”
“I have had an incredible long-lasting relationship with NBC for years! NBCU has shared and supported many unforgettable occasions in my career! This feels like a logical step, and I’m excited to create material that we like and that everyone who watches will enjoy as well!” “We’re starting this journey together with a Pride special on Peacock to celebrate a month we both want to highlight with this concert event!” Miley continued.
Miley Cyrus Presents Stand by You will premiere on Peacock on Friday, June 25.
