After more than four years together TMZ reports that Adam Lambert and Oliver Gliese have gone their separate ways.
It was during a 2020 trip to Mexico that the superstar singer met Gliese and taking their relationship public in February of 2021, it was by May of that year that the couple were publicly showing off their love, hitting red carpets together around the world.
During their years together, the Danish-born Gliese was frequently seen cheering Lambert on at his performances and premieres.
During his 2023 People interview, the now 43-year old singer said “We’re really good at communicating. I think that is the key to a healthy relationship. Every couple runs into disagreements or misunderstandings, but if you can sit down and talk it out, that’s the best. We have that, and I’m really thankful for it.”
Less than a year after making his Broadway debut in Cabaret, Adam will star as Judas opposite Cynthia Erivo as Jesus in the Hollywood Bowl production of Jesus Christ Superstar.
On the latest episode of Stagecraft, Variety’s theatre podcast, the former American Idol contestant said “Theatre was pretty much my identity growing up.” “It taught me to fight for what I wanted, and it lit a fire under my ass and made me want to be the best.”
