In a new video shared to BTSβ YouTube channel on Wednesday (8.23), the Koran group’s RM took fans behind the scenes of his filming the live clip for his cameo in Coldeβs βDonβt Ever Say Love Me.”
Addressing the agenda for the day, and how he feels about meeting up with Colde for the video, RM states βIβm here to meet Colde today. To tell you how I feel right now β¦ I really want to see him.” βMake sure to listen to βDonβt ever say love me (featuring RM of BTS).’β
Filmed in front of nothing but black chairs and a simple gray background, Colde was doing a mock interview with RM who later explained that the live video was made in place of a his appearance in the songβs official music video.
βI couldnβt make it for the MV of βDonβt ever say love me (featuring RM of BTS)β because of a variety of reasons, so we said, βLetβs do a video of us singing live.β But I didnβt know itβd be such a big project,β shared RM. βThe scale has gotten a lot bigger β this video is in between a MV and a video of us singing live. Iβm happy to be with my friend.β
Thankful for the experience, the BTS superstar (born Kim Nam-joon) added βItβs been a while since Iβve worked, so Iβm happy and it feels so new. It was fun to grab a mic and sing live for the first time in a while. I think itβll be a good influence on my work as well.”
Released on May 4, Coldeβs βDonβt Ever Say Love Meβ is a track on his fourth EP, Love Part 2, which arrived on May 4.
