The latest in a never ending list of legal complications, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing another sexual assault lawsuit.
According to documents obtained by Us Weekly on Friday (12.20,), LaTroya Grayson is suing the former rap icon over a 2006 incident where she was allegedly drugged and raped at a party.
After Grayson’s sibling had won a contest through an Oklahoma radio station eighteen years ago, the prize included round-trip airfares for a winner and a guest, a hotel room in Manhattan and two tickets to attend Combs’ White Party.
In court documents, Grayson alleges that she and her sibling went to the event, when the plaintiff said she was allowed inside while her sibling was left outside.
After having two drinks at the party, Grayson said she began to feel sick and headed to the restroom but had no recollection of the rest of the night other then waking up at Saint Vincent’s Medical Center in New York with a ripped shirt and no underwear.
After arriving back to Oklahoma, Grayson said in court documents she received a call from an anonymous female who allegedly told her not to pursue action against Combs because he was a celebrity and she would just be wasting her time.
