For her first ever stint as musical guest on Saturday Night Live, Reneé Rapp came out swinging on January 20 with “Snow Angel,” the title track from her first studio album.
Released last August, the musician (born Reneé Jane Rapp) spoke with Rolling Stone last summer about the production of Snow Angel in an in-depth interview and addressed the traumatic experience that inspired the song.
For her second number, Rapp returned to the SNL stage with Megan Thee Stallion to perform “Not My Fault,” the song penned by the pair for the recently released Mean Girls film.
Reneé, who plays Regina George in the recently released flick, was introduced by Rachel McAdams, who played the same character in the 2004 version of the movie.
