Before releasing a new nine-minute video, titled ‘Forever, Forever,’ Harry Styles started a countdown to a new YouTube clip.
Taking his fans by surprise, the release features the unknown instrumental piano ballad he played on the final night of his Love On Tour concert series at the RCF Arena Campovolo in Reggio nell’Emilia, Italy, in July of 2023.
With audience members showing off their wristbands and bracelets, while others practice their dance moves in a field, the superstar singer/songwriter’s video also features footage of Harry’s fans excitedly awaiting the show outside the venue and discussing their excitement for the night ahead, with one saying “Some sadness because it is the last show … then he will disappear,” and another adding “We won’t see him dancing on stages anymore.”
Other participants discuss what Styles might wear for the concert, and later in the movie, a large crowd sing and dance to ‘Satellite,’ with scenes of the crowd being sprayed down with water to cool off. The audience can be seen growing as time passes and an overhead view of the stage shows the crew setting up various instruments.
Taking a seat at the piano, the former One Direction-member finally appears on stage in a sparkly open vest and matching trousers, and speaking in Italian, he tells the crowd: “I wrote this for you.”
Backed by horns and strings, the 31-year old then plays the ballad, and thanks the crowd in their native language before leaving the stage.
The clip ended with a simple message displayed on screen which read: “We belong together”.
