Cassie Accuses P. Diddy Of Rape + Abuse

Claiming that he raped and abused her during their relationship, Casandra Ventura (p/k/a Cassie) has filed a complaint against Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs, according to court documents obtained by Page Six on Thursday (11.16.)

The now 37-year old female singer/songwriter alleges that while they were dating, the music entrapreneur “was prone to uncontrollable rage, and frequently beat Ms Ventura savagely.” And although his “beatings” were allegedly oft times witnessed by Sean’s staff, no one “dared to speak up against their frightening and ferocious boss.”

Combs and Ventura met in 2005 when the singer was 19, subsequent to which they maintained an on-and-off relationship from 2007 to 2018, during which time, Diddy reportedly forced Ventura to have sex with male prostitutes, physically abused her, and supplied her with drugs. And, as a reminder of “his ability to cause serious harm,” Cassie recalled being forced to carry Diddy’s firearm in her purse.

Towards the latter part of their relationship, the Bad Boy Records founder, allegedly forced his way into Ventura’s home and raped her.

According to the lawsuit, “Over the years that Mr Combs abused Ms Ventura physically and sexually, she again and again tried to escape his tight hold over her life.” “Every time she hid, Mr Combs’s vast network of corporations and affiliated entities found her, and those who worked for Mr Combs’s companies implored her to return to him.” “Many went as far as to explicitly state that her failure to return to Mr Combs would hinder her success in the entertainment industry.”

In a statement addressing her position and reason for filing the lawsuit, Ventura said “After years in silence and darkness. I am finally ready to tell my story, and to speak up on behalf of myself and for the benefit of other women who face violence and abuse in their relationships.”

An attorney for Diddy denied the accusations.
