Taking to his own social media platform Donald Trump has declared he “hates Taylor Swift.”
Speaking out out against the pop star, the former president simply wrote, “I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT.”
Trump’s latest off-color comment comes after Swift took to her Instagram account on Tuesday (9.10) minutes after the presidential debate and officially endorsed Kamala Harris “because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them.” Taylor received 9,000,000+ “likes” to her post.
Stating that he was “not a Taylor fan,” Trump had originally dismissed Swift’s endorsement of the current Vice President.
Harris’ campaign was quick to weigh in after Trump’s blunt statement with Harris’ running mate Tim Walz posting a long statement that included lyrics from over 28 different Taylor Swift songs, including a nod to her album, 1989.
Taking to X with a nod to her song, ‘The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived,’ Walz wrote “Swifties: With your help we’re gonna defeat the smallest man who ever lived,” “We’re pretty sure it’s Safe (& Sound) to say Donald Trump’s week has him ‘Down Bad.’ ‘Mr. Not-at-all Fine’ has spent this week working through his feelings, whining about his ‘Champagne Problems,’ and spending exactly none of his time addressing the issues facing the American people.”
