Though Donald Trump was not in attendance, a big New Year’s Eve party featuring Vanilla Ice was thrown at the President’s Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida.
Giving a glimpse at the event’s entertainment and dance floor festivities along with a visual of the rapper performing his 1989 hit “Ice Ice Baby,” video clips from the party at the Palm Beach resort have circulated social media on Friday (January 1st).
Uploaded from the party to Facebook Thursday night showing him mouthing the words to the song Vanilla Ice was playing, the soon-to-be former President’s son Donald Trump Jr. captioned a live video “Ok this is amazing.” “As a child of the 90s you can’t fathom how awesome that is. Beyond that I got the birthday shoutout so that’s pretty amazing.” The 500-person fete also included an appearance by Beach Boys founder Mike Love and other throwback artists.
