During His Concert Morgan Wallen Destroys A Piano

After experiencing technical issues during Friday night’s (5.29) concert at the Empower Field at Mile High in Denver, Colorado, Morgan Wallen decided to flip over a piano.

It was while sitting at the keyboards singing ‘Sand in My Boots,’ that the country musician appeared frustrated and stood up.

After announcing he’d complete the rest of the 2021 track a cappella, the 33-year-old walked over to the piano and pushed it over, smashing into several pieces, according to fan footage circulating on Instagram and TikTok.

Prompting a mixed online reactions from followers, one person stated “People cheering this on is exactly why celebrities think they can act however they want. Being frustrated doesn’t justify flipping over equipment like a toddler having a meltdown,” while another mused “It’s his piano and he has the money to fix it or buy a new one. How is this any different than the guys that smash guitars?”

Not the first time superstar singer/songwriter has thrown items, in April of 2024, the Tennessee native was arrested for throwing a chair off the roof of a bar in Nashville, after which he pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment and was ordered to complete a short program at a DUI education centre.

At press time, representatives for Morgan Wallen have yet to comment on the incident.
