Aligning forces for a new three-part documentary series, on Thursday (10.02,) former One Direction members Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson confirmed their Netflix project that’ll see them travel across the United States.
According to the streaming giant’s press release, Malik and Tomlinson will “embark on a road trip across America in a spontaneous adventure of reconnection, exploration, and a lot of laughter”.
Directed by Nicola Marsh and produced by Campfire Studios, fans will get an intimate, behind the scenes look into the lives of the superstar musicians “opening up about life, love, loss and fatherhood”.
Zayn shares a five-year-old daughter with ex-girlfriend Gigi Hadid, while Louis, 33, is the father to a nine-year-old son with former partner Briana Jungwirth.
The two men met in 2010 when they joined One Direction alongside Niall Horan, Harry Styles, and Liam Payne, and were bandmates until Malik’s departure in 2015, after which the boy band went on an indefinite hiatus the following year.
Unfortunately, Liam Payne passed away at the age of 31 after falling from a third-floor balcony at a hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina in October 2024.
In May of 2024 Zayn dropped his fourth studio album, Room Under the Stairs and is scheduled to launch his first-ever Las Vegas residency in January of 2026, while Louis is slated to release How Did I Get Here?, his third studio LP in January and will begin a world tour in March.
