According to Pasquale Rotella, mega-music festival brand Insomniac will now require full Covid-19 vaccination proof or a negative test results within 72 hours in order to participate in all future events.
Effective August 25, details of Insomniac’s COVID-19 safety protocols, including local state laws, will be published via each event’s social channels and website’s ‘frequently asked questions’ section within seven days of the original announcement.
Insomniac’s recent decisions of the vaccination/negative test policy preempts Beyond Wonderland (Aug 27 – Aug 28) and EDC Las Vegas (Oct 22 – 24). The news adds to the new precedent for event entry amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, with Insomniac joining AEG Presents and Live Nation in announcing a vaccination/negative test-guided model for attendance.
