Take That front man Gary Barlow’s mansion was broken into while he was on the road.
Though is was not known whether his wife Dawn Andrews, and children Daniel, Emily, and Daisy were in the property at the time, the now 53-year old UK singer’s country home was burglarized while he was away filming a TV show.
Expressing their concern over the incident, one Barlow’s neighbor’s said “He’s a lovely neighbor and it’s good to have him in the village.” “I’m devastated this has happened to such a nice family.”
Concerned that future break-ins would spread to surrounding homes, another resident stated “The police have been round to ask me about what happened, but I wasn’t aware of anything.” “I noticed the gates were flapping open. It’s a rather secluded place. It’s a warning to us all.” “There have been other burglaries we’ve heard about in the area within the last year or so. There are a few big houses and Mr Barlow’s is one of them.”
A representative for local British police said the incident was being investigated “We received reports of a burglary in between 5.50pm on 7 April and 9am on 8 April.” “Officers are investigating the incident.”
