On Wednesday (8.02), actress Eva Mendes took to Instagram and shared a video of her dancing to the lead single from Barbie: The Album.
Released as the first single from Barbie: The Album, “Dance the Night” by Dua Lipa is the soundtrack to the movie’s choreographed dance party. Now #12 on the Billboard Hot 100, it follows the arrival of the Barbie soundtrack that hit the Billboard 200 at #2.
In addition to the music, Mendes has something else to “dance” about as her husband, Ryan Gosling, is now officially a Billboard charting singer after securing his first ever entry on the Hot 100 chart with the movie’s power ballad “I’m Just Ken.” that debuted at #87 on the Hot 100, #4 on Hot Rock Songs, #5 on Hot Rock & Alternative Songs and #39 on Digital Song Sales.
