One day after releasing her latest LP, Familia, Camila Cabello took to the Saturday Night Live stage last night for her second stint as musical guest and brought along her recent collaborator, Willow Smith.
Launching her performance with “Bam Bam,” the new album’s debut single released last month, the high-energy tune that deals with heartbreak features the lyrics “You said you hated the ocean, but you’re surfin’ now/ I said I’d love you for life, but I just sold our house/ We were kids at the start, I guess we’re grown-ups now.”
Later in the 4.09 SNL episode the former Fifth Harmony member was joined by Willow (the daughter of recently embattled actor/former rapper Will Smith) for a performance of their collaborative tune “Psychofreak.”
The duo’s performance comes on the heels of their trippy music video, which dropped on Friday (4.08) that featured both artists in particularly racy, futuristic ensembles and mind-melting visuals.
