As vinyl continues to enjoy a massive resurgence throughout the United States, Amazon hopes to capitalize on the movement and make things easier for disc fans with their new Vinyl of the Month Club,
In a subtle announcement, America’s biggest online shopping facilitator introduced its brand new vinyl subscription service by sending members music from the ‘golden era of vinyl’ for $24.99 a month. Pre-selected music from the 1960s and 1970s and will include legendary releases from the likes of Fleetwood Mac, Led Zeppelin, Miles Davis, and more with The Wall by Pink Floyd and London Calling by The Clash the first two albums chosen.
While Amazon’s vinyl club members won’t get to choose what product will ship if the recipient doesn’t break the vinyl package seal it may be returned at no additional cost. The service is open to all Amazon participants (not just prime members) and one can cancel the service at any time.
