During last night’s (12.10) episode of Saturday Night Live, hosted by Steve Martin and Martin Short, Brandi Carlile was the musical guest, performing “You and Me On The Rock” with Lucius from her current In These Silent Days LP and “The Story,” from her 2007 sophomore album.
Not the first time the superstar singer/songwriter played SNL, in October of 2021, Carlile performed “Broken Horses” and “Right on Time.”
In These Silent Days is up for Album of the Year at the 2023 Grammy Awards and Brandi also received nominations for Record of the Year, Best Rock Performance, Best Americana Album, and more. She scored five nominations at the 2022 Grammys and played “Right on Time” during the televised ceremony.
