According to a representative from the show, the 2021 Grammy Awards are being postponed due to continued COVID-19 concerns.
Originally slated for January 31st, “Music’s Biggest Night” has been contending with countless Los Angeles-based complications involved with staging a major awards show that ordinarily seats an audience of 18,000+. The initial plan was to hold the event at its longtime Staples Center home, with either a limited capacity audience or none at all, and to follow proper social distancing safety guidelines artist performances were to be staged from multiple venues in and around the L.A. area.
