Deep into his Together, Together residency at Madison Square Garden, from August through Halloween (10.31,) Harry Styles has reportedly joined forces with director John Wilson on a new concert documentary.
Known for his off-beat, immersive style, that included work with David Byrne on tour in 2015 to create the true crime concert documentary Temporary Color, that followed the musician and two escaped convicts, Wilson has been embedded at Harry’s MSG run, capturing material throughout the musician’s New York City residency.
According to Variety, the footage being gathered is intended for “a hybrid of live performances and a glimpse into Styles’ world.,” with a source telling the outlet that the project aims to spotlight “authentic human stories of everyone involved in the tour – from the singer and his fans to countless others behind the scenes.”
Though nothing is confirmed at this point in time, Universal Pictures Content Group, Peanut World Pictures and Styles are producing the film.
With 25 stadium dates confirmed throughout North America, Europe and the UK, it was recently confirmed that Harry will bring his Together, Together tour back in 2027.
Capitalizing on his trek’s massive 2026 success and marking the first time the UK superstar will take the show into stadiums across the United States and Canada, the 2027 leg kicks off on April 2 with two nights at State Farm Stadium in Phoenix followed by dates in Dallas, Los Angeles, Toronto, Atlanta and Chicago before heading to Berlin, Paris, Madrid, Rome and Dublin, then wrapping up the summer with a three-night homecoming at London’s Wembley Stadium.
