Showing off his fourth child during a family trip to Peru where she celebrated her birthday, Diplo shared that he privately welcomed a daughter one year ago.
Joining her brothers Lockett (15,) and Lazer (11,) with ex Kathryn Lockhart, and Pace (6,) with Jevon King, the superstar deejay/producer/artist took to Instagram with “My daughter celebrated her first birthday with llamas wearing sunglasses.”
The family trip the 47-year old musician fit into his busy schedule schedule, the Major Lazer lead added:
“This trip didn’t fit anywhere in my schedule, so I just tore up the calendar because I’ve missed things before telling myself there’d be a next time,” “I always have a lot on. But I’d rather lose sleep with my family than at a club or a rave this summer. Happiness is all just moments we collect, and some of them sit at 15,000 feet,” he continued before sharing a few more personal details about the family adventure.” “Dad asked a shaman if he’d find love again since my mother passed. It was the most vulnerable thing I’ve ever heard him say.” “Lazer couldn’t find Peru on a map a week ago and walked out of the airport in a poncho and an alpaca hat looking like he’d been selling ayahuasca to backpackers.”
Beginning August 20 in Ibiza followed by festivals in Las Vegas, Bali and Caracas, Venezuela, the musician (born Thomas Wesley Pentz Jr.) is about to hit the road for a string of DJ gigs.
