Harry Styles Adjusts Staging Issues

As Harry Styles launches his Together, Together tour at the Johan Cruyff Arena in Amsterdam on Saturday (5.23,) many-a-fan took to social media to complain about restricted views in the VIP floor area.

Posting pictures and videos of obscured sightlines by the three 10-feet-tall walkways circling the stadium’s floor, with the outer walkways also containing two curved bridges, the singer’s touring team have confirmed that adjustments to the stage layout will come into effect as of Friday’s concert.

In an interview with Variety and TMZ, an official tour representative subsequently stated that they are “carefully” reviewing the areas with restricted sight lines and would make adjustments “where possible”.

Taking to Harry Styles’ HQ Instagram account, his production crew confirmed changes to the stage layout as soon as Friday, adding:

“We want every person in the room to have the best experience possible, and we are actively working on making adjustments to improve visibility, while keeping everyone’s safety a priority.” “Beginning Friday, the front bridges will be altered in Amsterdam and London. For future venues, we are working as quickly as possible to make adjustments that also fit within safety code and local compliance.”

Explaining that, as a temporary measure, the barricades on the left and right front general admission pits had been adjusted for Wednesday’s Amsterdam show “to improve stage visibility,” the message ended by thanking fans for their patience and understanding.

In support of his new Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally LP, the British singer/songwriter’s Together, Together tour, features 67 shows across seven cities, including 12 nights at London’s Wembley Stadium and 30 nights at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Harry’s 10-night residency in Amsterdam continues on Friday and wraps up on June 5.
