Performing “All My Love” and “We Pray” from the group’s tenth studio album, Moon Music, Coldplay was the musical guest spot on Saturday Night Live for the eighth time.
Released on Friday (10.04,) the Moon Music LP is the second installment in the the band’s Music of the Spheres project.
“All My Love” was premiered back in June to an audience in Athens, Greece and was the UK group’s first SNL song on Saturday (10.05.)
For their second number “We Pray,” Coldplay were joined on stage by Elyanna and Tini, who are featured on the track.
Earlier last week, Coldplay held a listening event for their latest album at 700-plus theaters throughout 40+ countries. The Chris Martin-fronted band begins a run of sold out shows in Australia and New Zealand later this month, and starts up again after the new year in the Middle East and Asia.
