Falling in Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke has filed a temporary restraining order against Tommy Lee’s wife, Brittany Furlan, claiming she harassed him on social media, and her behavior escalated when he ignored her messages.
Documents obtained by TMZ state that Furlan drove to Radke’s house, sat outside, and also followed him to a doctor’s appointment and waited outside, staring at him.
In a statement to Page Six, however, Furlan’s attorney insisted that his client is the one being harassed, explaining:
“Ms Furlan is offended to find out this petition was filed because the only victim of harassment is her.” “We will take all legal measures to defend against this frivolous lawsuit and request that Ms Furlan be protected from further harassment and threats by the petitioner.”
In May of 2025, Furlan claimed that she was “catfished” on social media by someone she presumed to be Radke, and In her weeklend Instagram Stories Radke was in fact the one messaging her, and she also accused him of interacting with underage fans.
Despite the scandal and reports that Furlan and Tommy Lee split in May 2025 after six years of marriage, the couple is still together.
During a June episode of her and Brittany Schmitt’s This Is The Worst podcast in June, Brittany said the incident actually strengthened their marriage, adding:
“All of this happening has weirdly brought us together, which is really strange.””I think we really faced like, ‘Oh, what would life really be like without each other?'”
