Never one to shy away from reinvention, The Weeknd clearly owns the title of best celebrity 2021 Halloween costume.
Born Abel Tesfaye, the Canadian singer took it to the max this weekend when he dressed as Marlon Brando‘s character, Don Corleone, from The Godfather. Completely unrecognizable, the multi-million-selling musician used prosthetics, a grey slicked-back wig, a padded suit, and liver spots to make author Mario Puzo’s top man in command come to life.
Known for leaving it all on the court with his Halloween costumes, the “Starboy” singer has dressed up as The Joker, The Nutty Professor, and Beetlejuice during prior October 31 festivities.
Though the super-successful singer/songwriter is currently single many believe something’s going on between him and Angelina Jolie as they have been spotted together over the last year. A source told Us Weekly, “Both Angie and Abel are telling people that they are just friends, but those who know them think something romantic is going on.” “She‘s definitely warming toward Abel. He’s been pouring on the charm and going out of his way to impress her,” they added.
