Taylor Swift Is Spotify’s Most Streamed Artist

In celebration of its audio platform’s 20th anniversary, on Thursday (4.23,) Spotify revealed the most-streamed artists, songs, albums, podcasts and audiobooks in its history.

According to the streaming giant, Taylor Swift topped the list of most-listened to artists, followed by Bad Bunny, Drake, The Weeknd, Ariana Grande, Ed Sheeran, Justin Bieber, Billie Eilish, Eminem and controversial rapper Kanye West.

In addition to it’s Top 10 artist tally, Bad Bunny led the most-streamed albums list with Un Verano Sin Ti, followed by The Weeknd’s Starboy and After Hours, ÷ (Deluxe) by Sheeran, Sour by Olivia Rodrigo, SOS by SZA, Hollywood’s Bleeding by Post Malone, Lover by Swift, AM by Arctic Monkeys and When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? by Eilish.

Born Abel Tesfaye, The Weeknd was also a dominant presence in the most-streamed songs with ‘Blinding Lights’ at #1, ‘Starboy,’ at #4, followed by Ed Sheeran who occupied two Top 10 slots with ‘Shape of You’ at #2 and ‘Perfect’ at #9, ‘Sweater Weather’ by The Neighbourhood, ‘As It Was’ by Harry Styles, ‘Someone You Loved’ by Lewis Capaldi, ‘Sunflower’ by Post Malone and Swae Lee, ‘One Dance’ by Drake and ‘Stay’ by The Kid Laroi and Bieber.

The Joe Rogan Experience was named the most-streamed podcast of all time, and A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas was named the most-streamed audiobook.
