Following their #1 pop and R&B debut single “Leave The Door Open,”Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak’s Silk Sonic have just released the new video for their second single, “Skate.”
Expected to appear on their forthcoming An Evening With Silk Sonic full length, the duo’s new title comes as Bruno snd Anderson have been busy strutting their retro stuff live at the Grammy Awards, the iHeartRadio Music Awards, and the BET Awards, where they were nominated for three trophies (video of the year, best group, and viewer’s choice).
Like ‘Leave The Door Open,” “Skate” is another funky 1970s throwback with Mars singing, “Got your hair in the wind and your skin glistening/ I can smell your sweet perfume/ Mmmm, ya smell better than a barbecue/ Oh, superstar is what you are/ I’m your biggest fan/ If you’re lookin’ for a man, suga, here I am.”
