Dating since 2016, and engaged in 2023, Sara Bareilles and Joe Tippett are married!
On Tuesday (10.07,) the superstar singer/songwriter took to social media and announced that the coupled formally tied the knot last weekend.
Along with a slideshow of wedding photos, the 45-year-old songstress captioned “We did a big thing.” “I will just say I love this man and I love the community who came to hold us up. I am feeling so lucky and so grateful.”
In one photograph, Bareilles is seen walking in a garden while wearing a white silk dress with plunging neckline and carrying a bouquet of orange and pink flowers, and in another image, the musician plants a sweet kiss on her new husband.
Following the joyous news, Sara and her 43-year old spouse were inundated with congratulatory messages from several celebrity friends, including Neil Patrick Harris who wrote “Congrats!! He’s a lucky man, indeed. Xoxo,” while Hilary Swank penned “You two beautiful souls deserve all the happiness and love that you’re not only have now, but that will continue to grow in spades over the years!! I love seeing your happy faces. It brings such joy” and Busy Philipps posted, “It was perfect just like both of you.”
