Come next year, New Edition will hit Las Vegas for their forthcoming 2024 residency.
From February 28 through March 9, the legendary rhythm and blues/pop group will hold six performances at the Encore Theater at the Wynn Las Vegas.
In a press release about their forthcoming shows, the New Edition stated “Fulfilling a career-long dream to solidify ourselves with a residency performance in the entertainment capital of the world, we are beyond excited to embark on this fantastical journey at the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas.” “On behalf of all of us, including Ronnie, Bobby, Ricky, Mike, Ralph & Johnny, it is our extreme purpose to give our fans a show that they cannot witness anywhere else in the world.”
Senior vp, AEG Presents Las Vegas, Bobby Reynolds added “We are honored to have Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas serve as the home to New Edition’s first-ever Las Vegas residency.” “Encore Theater’s roster is comprised of legendary talents, and it only makes sense to have an iconic music group like New Edition join its ranks. We are thrilled to present a series of sure-to-be unforgettable performances to fans in 2024.”
After notching four top 10 records on the Billboard Hot 100, including “Cool It Now,” “Hit Me Off,” “If It Isn’t Love” and “I’m Still In Love With You,” the New Edition ascended into R&B supremacy in the 1980s.
The start time for all Las Vegas shows will be 8 p.m., and tickets for all the performances will be on sale starting Friday (11.10) at 10 a.m. PT. Ticket prices start at $79.95 and can be purchased here.
