Born Juan Luis Londoño Arias, Maluma, and his longtime partner Susana Gómez welcomed their daughter, Paris in March 2024, and are now going to be the parents of two.
In a Mother’s Day Instagram post, on Sunday (5.10,) the Colombian musician uploaded a sweet black-and-white photo of himself and his first child planting a kiss on Susana’s growing belly along with a blue heart emoji.
Though he didn’t share further details about the forthcoming event, the 32-year old Hawái hitmaker made an appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show, when he described how he missed Paris when he was touring. Admitting that his daughter wasn’t so impressed when he shaved off his signature beard at the start of 2026, he said:
“She started crying, literally.” “The thing is that I knew that she was going to get a little bit sad or mad at me, so l decided to be with her while I was doing my shave. When we finished, she looked straight to me and she was like, ‘No, papá! Papá, barba -si, barba (beard, yes, beard).’ And I was like, ‘My love, it’s too late.'” “Now, of course, she got used to it but it took me a while to recover her love,” the Medellín-born artist smiled. “For me, that was like a week and a half begging for love, ‘My love, it’s me! It’s daddy.'”
