Lea Michele Creates ‘Funny Girl’ Tik Tok Video: Look + Listen

Following her positive COVID-19 test last week Lea Michele passed her Saturday quarantine time on TikTok by posting a dramatic tongue-n-cheek recreation of her performance on Broadway’s Funny Girl.

Created by Javi Rodriguez, the original TikTok video featured an impersonation of “Lea Michele on opening night of Funny Girl.”

Michele, who’s now on a COVID-19 10-day break from her role as Fanny Brice in the Broadway revival did her own take of the “Don’t Rain on My Parade” entrance on TikTok with the caption “duet with @javirod305 #funnygirl Clearly I can’t wait to get back to @funnygrlbwy next week.”

On September 6 Lea assumed the starring role after standby Julie Benko filled in following Beanie Feldstein’s July-exit and Michele’s scheduled to return to the stage come 9.20.
