Following seven years as a couple, Finneas O’Connell and his longtime love, Claudia Sulewski, are planning to get married.
After popping the question on Monday (9.22,) the singer/producer and his actor/influencer took to Instagram on Wednesday (9.24) with “Forever and ever 9.22.”
Along with several photos from the romantic sunset proposal, the social media post included a video of the couple in a helicopter heading to the proposal site with Sulewski sharing images of her cushion-cut diamond engagement ring.
The multi Grammy award-winning musician first met YouTuber Sulewski on a dating app in 2018. In 2019, Billie Eilish’s brother and frequent collaborator told BuzzFeed that he wrote the song ‘C’laudia’ within hours of meeting his now-fiancée, and sent her parts of the song with the lyrics “I think you’re gonna change my plans / With those emerald eyes / But you don’t even understand / How much they’re on my mind.”
Since meeting each other, the couple have collaborated creatively with Sulewski serving as O’Connell’s muse for his song ‘Mona Lisa, Mona Lisa,’ the intimate, phone-recorded music video for which she starred in and directed.
