After the superstar singer/songwriter announced her upcoming 81-date world tour schedule this week, Billie Eilish local and global fans have expressed their dissatisfactiopn over the “outrageous” ticket prices.
In support of the multi-Grammy award winner’s upcoming Hit Me Hard and Soft LP, while fans expressed excitement over the myriad of concert dates, many were also upset by the listed ticket prices.
At press time, general-admission standing tickets for the 22-year old musician’s UK concerts are £150, one user taking to X/Twitter with “I love Billie but there’s no way these tickets should cost this much.” “I paid less for standing tickets at the Eras Tour and that’s at Wembley.”
Another UK fan posted “I know I moan about this all the time, but look at the price of Billie Eilish tickets.” “Something seriously needs to be done about ticket prices, it’s f**king outrageous!”.
Billie’s US fans were equally concerned, with one disgruntled devotee writing “THE MINIMUM PRICE FOR BILLIE ELISH’S SHOW IN MINNEAPOLIS IS $141???”
