Due to a faulty electrical system, Calvin Harris‘ Beverly Hills mansion caught fire on Wednesday night (2.07.)
According to TMZ, some ten fire trucks and EMTs were sent to the locations after responders received a call about a strong smell of smoke in the superstar deejay/producer/artist’s Los Angeles home.
Sources close to the incident confirmed that the blaze came from a third-floor area near the home theatre which required firefighters to break through a section of the second-story roof in order to access the flames, where smoke was seen coming from the roof.
It took approximately one hour to extinguish the fire that caused estimated $100,000.00 in the damages. Thankfully the Scottish musician, nor his wife Vick Hope, were at home when the fire started, and nobody was hurt.
In 2022, Calvin, who dated Taylor Swift from 2015 to 2016, put the 10-bedroom home on the market for $25 million but it didn’t sell.
