Atlanta Rapper T-Hood: Dead At 35

Following a dispute that ended in a shooting at his home, Georgia-born rapper T-Hood was murdered. He was 33 years old.

According to TMZ, after Gwinnett County police officers responded to reports of first responders at the scene, the rapper (born Tevin Hood,) was transported to a local hospital where he later died.

While the motive for the incident is yet unclear, one person has reportedly been detained in connection with the shooting, and local authorities are investigating the case as a homicide.

Following the news, T-Hood’s producer, Deddotwill took to Instagram with “We was just on the phone all day, I can’t believe you are gone.” “Rest in peace T-Hood, I love you brother.”

Dressed as a ghost in a graveyard with a white sheet over his face, the musician’s passing comes several weeks after he posted an Instagram video to promote his song ‘Grave Diggerz,’ saying:

“Hello, are you still alive? We are dead down at the cemetery. Come down to the cemetery, I have a spot for you.” “All you have to do is die,” he continued. “Just die today.”

Best known in the Southern rap scene for his songs ‘Ready 2 Go,’ ‘Big Booty,’ and ‘Perculator,’ T-Hood’s last release was ‘Girls in the Party.’
