After much speculation Adele will open her Las Vegas residency at the Colosseum at Caesar’s Palace come January 2022.
Following the November 2021 release of her long-awaited fourth album, 30, the British singer/songwriter will perform two shows each weekend from January 21 thru April 16, 2022.
Starting today, November 30, fans can register for tickets to “Weekends With Adele” via the Ticketmaster Verified Fan program. The Verified Fan presale will begin December at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT, and only those who have received a unique code will be able to purchase tickets on a first come, first served basis. Should demand for presale tickets be too high, there may not be a general on-sale date.
In a recent Rolling Stone cover story, Adele denied rumors of a Las Vegas residency claiming at the time that there was “fucking nothing available” anyway. Though it remains unclear as to whether the mega-successful chanteuse plans to do a full tour in support of her latest album after “Weekends With Adele,” she also told RS at the time she wasn’t that interested in a major worldwide trek, especially as Covid concerns remain high, stating: “It’s too unpredictable, with all the rules and stuff.” “I don’t want anyone coming to my show scared. And I don’t want to get Covid, either.”
