Adele‘s ambitious renovation plans have rendered Sylvester Stallone‘s one-time showpiece home barely recognizable,
Eradicating nearly every trace of the movie star’s former residence, the multi Grammy-winning vocalist has completely gutted the estate she purchased from the actor in 2022.
Equalling the amount of money she initially paid for the property, costs for the extensive transformation of the Beverly Park mansion are expected to exceed $50,000,000.00
Famously adorned with a statue of Stallone posing as his legendary Rocky boxing character, the only original feature that still remains is the iconic swimming pool, and while Stallone’s home was Mediterranean-style with terracotta roofing, Adele’s new residence will be ultra-modern with full-length windows all around the property.
Under construction since January 2022, the renovation could take years to complete as the January 2025 fires in the Pacific Palisades likely contributed to some unexpected 2026 delays on Adele’s home.
Moving into the home once it’s eventually finished will be Adele, her teenage son from her marriage to Simon Konecki, and her sports agent fiancé, Rich Paul.
