From the June 4th to the 6th Adam Lambert will headline and host this year’s Pride Live’s Stonewall Day celebration.
To be held at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, Hayley Kiyoko, Kim Petras, Angel Bonilla, Chely Wright, Keiynan Lonsdale, Sam Sparro, and Zhavia Ward will join Lambert who was confirmed as the host of Stonewall Day 2021 in January. Due to pandemic restrictions In the beginning of the year the celebration was only going to be digital but now the concert will now take place live over the course of three days.
Taking to social media, Lambert Tweeted, “I wanted to curate an event for Stonewall Day that was about queer performers, centered around the community,” “I am also very proud to bring Stonewall Day to Los Angeles, as we all carry the Stonewall legacy in our hearts, no matter where we are in the world.”
In an effort to raise awareness and money for the Stonewall uprising and LGBTQ+ advocacy, Whoopi Goldberg, George Takei, Yungblud, Blossom C. Brown, Conchita Wurst, David Dawson, Imara Jones, and Jordan Hull will all also perform at the festival with strict adherence to Covid-19 protocols and will stream live on Twitch.
Tickets for the three-day , 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT to 1 a.m. ET/10 p.m. PT daily event are on sale now through Ticketmaster.
