In a unexpected yet interesting turn of events, music met muscle this weekend when Bad Bunny showed up at WrestleMania 37 to spar with some of the WWE‘s best talent.
Entering Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay, FL atop a huge truck reminiscent of his latest album cover, El Último Tour del Mundo, the Puerto Rican Reggaeton musician was greeted with mega cheers from the crows. For weeks prior to the battle, a feud had been growing between Bad Bunny and his adversary, The Miz, over the pop star declining to collaborate on music. Following broken guitars over backs, expensive car damage and in-ring sabotages, the controversy evolved into a tag-team match between the 27-year-old superstar singer and his pal, Damian Priest, The Miz and John Morrison.
True to the fight theatrics that WWE fans have come to love, the Grammy Award-winning star (born Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio) demonstrated his athletic ability as he maneuvered ’round the ring landing several blows to his opponents.
