Wrapped in over a million LEDs within the massive, dome-shaped venue, U2 played the first-ever show at the Las Vegas Sphere.
The iconic rockers performance that featured the band’s Achtung, Baby LP, was first in a series of shows they’ll put on at the venue through the end of December.
With cheapest tickets for the shows that’ve yet to sell out starting at about $400, a review in The New York Times stated the show shifted between gigantic, trippy visual effects traveling throughout the domed display and the more conservative concert screens of the band.
