Following an alleged “split contract” with Taylor Swift leaked online, Travis Kelce‘s team have retained legal counsel.
Fans of the superstar singer and football player were stunned after a document circulated on social media this week claiming that Kelce and Swift were in a public relations relationship. The supposed split will focus on Travis’ “personal growth” as well as his commitment to his career and the sports industry.
Initially shared on Reddit, the information also alleged that the celebrity couple are scheduled to end their relationship on September 28, one year after they went public with their romantic union.
The Travis’ team have insisted that the document is a fake and that they are working with lawyers to address the situation.
Including how and when the singer and athlete would announce the news, the contract was written on the letterhead of Travis’ public relations company, Full Scope, and detailed the strategy for their split. A spokesperson for PR firm has claimed that the contract is “entirely false and fabricated and were not created, issued or authorized by this agency” “We have engaged our legal team to initiate proceedings against the individuals or entities responsible for the unlawful and injurious forgery of documents.” according to the Daily Mail in the UK.
When the superstar singer/songwriter attended one of the footballers games in Missouri in September 2023, Travis and Taylor confirmed their relationship. Since then, Taylor has been spotted at a number of matches, while Travis has been supporting the multi-Grammy Award winner at many of her Eras Tour concerts around the world.
