The Triumphant Return Of Oasis

Sixteen years after their last performance, on Friday (7.094,) Liam and Noel Gallagher kicked off their highly anticipated Oasis world tour at The Principality Stadium in Cardiff stage.

Spanning their incredible career, the iconic duo performed an electrifying set that included ‘F***in’ in the Bushes,’ ‘Hello,’ ‘Acquiesce,’ ‘Morning Glory’ and “Cigarettes & Alcohol’ that underscored the band’s commitment to a comprehensive retrospective of their legendary sound.

As strong as ever, Liam’s vocals commanded the stage on ‘Fade Away’ and ‘Whatever,’ while Noel’s distinctive guitar work and harmonies were equally precise, driving the sound through hits like ‘Supersonic,’ ‘Roll With It,’ “Talk Tonight’ and ‘Little by Little.’

A emotional moment arrived with ‘Live Forever,’ dedicated to footballer Diogo Jota, who passed away the day prior, followed by the explosive finale of the main set with ‘Rock ‘n’ Roll Star.’

For the British-born sibling’s encore, Oasis delivered ‘The Masterplan,’ ‘Don’t Look Back in Anger,’ ‘Wonderwall’ and ‘Champagne Supernova.’
