The Hilary Duff Music Docuseries

Chronicling her return to music with a new docu-series, on Tuesday (9.09,) Hilary Duff posted three photos of her in the recording studio with her husband/music producer Matthew Koma along with the caption “New music… or something.”

Following the singer/actress’ social media announcement, Atlantic Records confirmed Duff’s new music and docu-series deal.

According to a press release, the Sam Wrench directed/produced project “will chronicle (Hilary’s) long-awaited musical return and personal journey, offering an unfiltered vignette into (her) world. (Fans) will ride shotgun as she balances raising a family, recording new music, live show rehearsals, and preparing to perform on stage for the first time in over a decade.”

The docu-series will feature performances, interviews, and footage from the Hilary’s personal archives that following her fifth studio album Breathe In. Breathe Out, in 2015.

At press time, the now 37-year-old songstress/thespian has yet to announce a formal release date for her new repertoire.
