“You were the first person I met when I moved here. U let me come over everyday and be whoever I wanted. Showed up for me in ways I can never express or repay. my gratitude is infinite.” “I’ll never let you dim in my mind or spirit.”

The follow up to his Circles LP in 2020, Balloonerism is Miller’s second posthumous album. Recorded in 2014, and about his current album, Miller’s estate said in a statement:

“We believe the project showcases both the breadth of his musical talents and fearlessness as an artist.” “Given that unofficial versions of the album have circulated online for years and that releasing Balloonerism was something that Malcolm frequently expressed being important to him, we felt it most appropriate to present an official version of the project to the world.”
