It’s official! Spinal Tap returns 41-years since the original mockumentary with Bleecker Street/Sony Pictures releasing a new clip from the film that featuring original band members played by Christopher Guest, Michael McKean and Harry Shearer.
In the long awaited sequel, faux documentary filmmaker Marty DiBergi (aka Rob Reiner) revisits Spinal Tap to explore what each band member has been doing in between years and immortalize the concert reunion.
Including some incredible rock cameos, Spinal Tap II combines the same musical mayhem and satire that made the original a film a cult classic that asks the question “Will this concert be their triumphant return, or just another Stonehenge-sized catastrophe?”
