On May 5 in New York, Sean Combs will face trial for sex-trafficking charges, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage prostitution.
On Thursday (10.10,) during a hearing in Manhattan, the now 54-year old, former music mogul faced Judge Arun Subramanian for the first time to answer the charges against him.
According to TMZ, the federal prosecutors have warned all concerned that their investigation is ongoing which could lead to more charges against the billionaire.
On September 16, Combs was arrested and has since been held at Metropolitan Detention Center on a no-bail order. And on Tuesday (10.08) the embattled rapper’s lawyers made a third failed attempt to get their client out on bail, which was denied by Judge Subramanian.
The just confirmed court date comes less than two weeks after prominent Houston attorney Tony Buzbee announced he was representing more than 120 clients with claims against Combs and his associates.
Joined in court by his mother Janice and his children, the Bad Boy Records founder has pleaded not guilty.
