Sean Combs Sued For Dangling Woman Over Balcony

The latest in an ever-increasing litany of legal battles, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is now facing an alleged abuse lawsuit from a woman who claims he dangled her over the edge of a 17th story balcony.

According to TMZ, earlier this week, Bryana ‘Bana’ Bongolan filed the lawsuit in the Los Angeles Superior Court, suing the rapper for sexual battery, false imprisonment and other claims, accusing Combs of dangling her over the edge of a balcony at his former-girlfriend Cassie Ventura’s apartment in September of 2016.

The legal document states that Bongolan was staying with her friend when the musician came over late at night. When he began groping her and she tried to resist, Sean allegedly held her over the balcony.

Now seeking $10,000,000.00 in damages, Bongolan claims the musician/entrepreneur eventually pulled her back up onto the balcony, before allegedly slamming her into some patio furniture.

In denying these claims. Combs’ legal team stated that “Mr Combs firmly denies these serious allegations and remains confident they will ultimately be proven baseless.” “He has unwavering faith in the facts and in the fairness of the judicial process. In court, the truth will come to light, demonstrating that the claims against Mr Combs are without merit.”
